Where we deliver

Techers currently accepts orders for delivery to the United States. Available delivery options depend on the selected product and delivery address. Check the options offered at checkout before paying.

Shipping charges

For eligible products in our standard shipping profile, Standard delivery is $8.00 USD, with a free Standard option for orders of $70.00 USD or more. An Express option is $15.00 USD where offered. Some products have a separate free-shipping profile. The applicable rate for your actual basket and address is shown at checkout; a mixed basket may have different shipping charges.

Processing and delivery estimates

Products may be dispatched by different suppliers, so handling and transit times vary by item. A shipping-option name is not a guaranteed arrival date. Check any delivery estimate on the selected product page. If no estimate is shown, or you need an item by a particular date, email store.techers@gmail.com with the product name before ordering so the supplier's current estimate can be checked.

Tracking your order

When tracking information is available for your shipment and has been added to your order, use the link in your shipping notification or order-status page. Items dispatched separately may have separate tracking details. See Track Order for help.

Delivery problems and delays

Contact us with your order number if tracking stops updating, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or an order has not arrived. If an advertised dispatch time cannot be met, we will contact you about the delay and the options available, including cancellation and refund where required by applicable law.

Check your address

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting. Changes may not be possible once a supplier has started processing or dispatched the parcel.
